Jackson, Vivienne, and I had fun checking out all there was to do at the park. We were lucky and ran into a friend who was kind enough to add Jackson to her train car so that I didn't have to get Vivienne out of her comfy Ergo or leave the stroller unattended. Then we checked out the petting zoo and got his face painted. By then Mamaw and Saba had arrived and we met up with them for dinner. They treated Jackson to rides while we waited on Dad to get back in town and the parade to begin. Since Dad was late, we didn't have time to get Vivienne home and in bed, so she stayed for the parade. After an early nap, she didn't think that was a good plan, so by the second firetruck she and I headed back to the car where I nursed her and she promptly slept for the remainder. Jackson and Dad watched the rest of the parade and Jackson fell asleep before the last truck.
Getting ready to go out for the day
Sheep!
Hi Sheep
He was timid at first
Then he had a good conversation with a goat
Told the cow and donkey to kiss and make up
and became confident enough to pet him in the face
and give them a hug
and even try to feed them
Painting green
read to ride the train with his friend
Off they go
Riding another train later that night
All set for the parade
Getting his earplugs in
Vivienne wore her earmuffs for about 10 minutes
Showing off his frog
Happy little guy
Cheesin'
Yeah, they were loving it lol
